Itinerary Research & Planning Service Retainer- $100 Due to initiate curation of itinerary. Fee refundable in form of credit towards Planning Packages once booking is confirmed.
This Plan-to-Go Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) and the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at NeverSettleTravels.com become effective between Never Settle Travels (“Agency”) and you (including all travelers on the same booking) (“you” or “Traveler”) upon your signature (electronic or written), or your payment of Plan-to-Go Fees, until terminated in writing by you or Agency.
- Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise.
- We research cruises, hotels, and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries.
- All vacations arranged through us offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning individual travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned vacation.
- Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a vacation as is possible.
- We will provide you with 3
- You will pay us Plan-to-Go Fees of $100 for our services to plan and arrange your travel.
- Once we have designed your itinerary, you are free to shop it online, or wherever you like.
GENERAL TERMS
- All Plan-to-Go Fees are separate from the cost of your vacation package
- All Plan-to-Go Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you book travel via Agency, we will credit paid Plan-to-Go Fees toward your planning fee package.
- If you book travel with another agency, we will retain all Plan-to-Go Fees.
- This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other suppliers.

Planning Packages - There are 3 planning package options for you to choose from. These range in price, amenities, and inclusions. Please advise your choice of package in the comment section on the next page. This will assist in the creation of your quote!
The planning package fee is to be paid after traveler has received initial proposal and has agreed to move forward with travel package presented. See further details via Planning Packages link above.
Changes - Traveler initiated changes made after initial reservation will incur a $50 fee per reservation per change. See further details in Planning Package Fees link above.
Cancellations - Traveler initiated cancellations made after initial reservation will incur a $100 fee per reservation. This is in addition to supplier penalties, to ensure compensation for work completed by Never Settle Travels. See further details in Planning Package Fees link above.

By submitting payment below, I understand and accept for myself (and the travelers included in my party) Never Settle Travels Fee Structure. Submitting billing information below will serve as your electronic signature of such terms.
I acknowledge and accept there are planning fees, cancellation policies, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services. I have read and agree to all fees listed in the Plan To Go Fee Agreement & Planning Package Fee Agreement. I also understand these fees are non-refundable, separate and additional from the cost of my trip.
